What We Expect from Sellers
- Honesty is the Best Policy: Always accurately describe the item you are selling. Include clear photos of any defects, scratches, or missing parts. An honest listing sells faster and prevents disputes.
- Fair Pricing: Price your items fairly based on their market value and condition. Our integrated AI pricing tool is designed to help you find the right number.
- Prompt Communication: Do your best to reply to interested buyers in a timely manner. If an item is sold, remove the listing immediately to avoid frustrating other users.
What We Expect from Buyers
- Respectful Negotiation: While haggling is part of the classifieds experience, low-balling sellers aggressively or being rude when an offer is declined is unacceptable. Keep negotiations polite and reasonable.
- Show Up: If you agree to meet a seller at a specific time and place, honor your commitment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify them as early as possible.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
Listings containing illegal goods, weapons, adult content, counterfeit items, or discriminatory language will be immediately removed. Users who harass, threaten, or repeatedly attempt to scam others will face permanent bans from the Rytok platform.
